REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

(22 February 2021)

Dear Sir/Madam:

Warm greetings!

The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) is mandated under the “Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012” (R.A. 10175) to lead the government’s efforts in safeguarding our nation, institutions, and citizenry from the risks and threats of cybercrime.

To succeed in this endeavor, the active participation of both the public and the private sector is indispensable. Thus, we enjoin the support of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry and other concerned stakeholder groups and organizations in securing our country’s cyberspace.

In light of this, CICC is requesting information from the ICT industry on current and emerging technologies, systems, services and/or integrated solutions that can be harnessed to effectively monitor, prevent, investigate, and suppress cybercrime. The scope and details of the said requirements are outlined in the attached Request for Information (RFI).

Companies who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than March 05, 2021 to exedir1@cicc.gov.ph.

Thank you!

CEZAR O. MANCAO II
