OCT 13, 2020 – Philippine Government under the Administration of the President Duterte; thru the Initiatives of the University of the Philippines led by Executive Vice President, DR. TEODORO J. HERBOSA and EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CEZAR O. MANCAO II of the CYBERCRIME INVESTIGATION AND COORDINATING CENTER (CICC), join hands to collaborate in furtherance of its objectives with the implementation of a certificate course program through the UP College of Law, the UP Diliman Extension Program (UPDEPPO), and the United Nations thru it implementing arm UP-CIFAL which is the partnership of UP. UNITAR is an autonomous UN body established in 1963, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research is a dedicated training arm of the UN System and has the mandate to enhance the effectiveness of the UN through diplomatic training, and to increase the impact of national actions through public awareness-raising, education and training of public policy officials. This institutional partnership with a Memorandum of Agreement was witnessed by UP Regent – Atty. Angelo Jimenez, UP College of Law’s Atty.
