The CICC Cyber Patrol Program aims to revitalize the patriotic idealism of the community and serve as the eyes and ears in cyberspace that will greatly contribute to information gathering, policy formulation, and the accomplishment of the CICC’s mandates and functions.


10 SEPT. 2021, The Initial Meeting with the QC Mayor paves the way for the first-ever conduct of the CICC Cyber Patrol Awareness Campaign Event in NCR.

This was also attended by Ms. Cynthia Faytaren, Executive Assistant of the Deputy Executive Director; Mr. Nathaniel Rabonza, Intelligence Processing Division Chief; and Mr. Jose Antonio, former Project Management Office Assistant Manager.

01 OCT 2021, The CICC Cyber Patrol Pilot Launch in Quezon City is a historic event as this culminates CICC’s partnership with the Quezon City Local Government Unit (LGU).

The event was attended by 235 Zoom Participants from DEPED, school heads and teachers, parent-teacher associations, BCPC, LCPC, and barangay officials and constituents. Also, the event gathered 24k Post Reach from the CICC FB livestream.

, Initial visit to Baguio City for the CICC-Baguio LGU partnership and the conduct of the Cyber Patrol Awareness Campaign.

The CICC Team visited the Baguio City Hall for a Courtesy Visit to Mayor Benjamin Magalong and to forward the Memorandum of Agreement between CICC and the Baguio Local Government.

, The virtual ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between CICC and the City Government of Baguio sealed their collaboration and cooperation in the areas of intelligence, investigations training, and capacity building related to cybercrime prevention, suppression, and prosecution.

, CICC Cyber Patrol Awareness Campaign in Baguio City

In partnership with the Baguio City Local Government Unit (LGU) and Hon. Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, the CICC Cyber Patrol Team, headed by PMGEN Marvin Manuel P. Pepino and represented by Division Chief Nathaniel N. Rabonza made this event possible. 


The hybrid webinar gathered a total of 110 in-person participants, consisting of barangay officials, DepEd teachers, and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) council members and 97 Zoom participants, which coverage was live-streamed on the CICC Facebook page.

29 APR 2022, The CICC joined forces with the Sandiganbayan to spread awareness on the best practices for cybersecurity.

Resource Speakers from the CICC Ms. Christine Appe B. Pre (Team Lead of Awareness Campaign) and Col. Norman N. Ancheta (Division Chief of Cybercrime Monitoring and Coordination Division) and ECPAT Philippines Edward S. Tiongco (Project Officer) shared their insights on cybercrime and online child abuse and exploitation.


The webinar was attended by 210 Zoom participants, composed of Sandiganbayan Justices, officials, and employees.






02 FEB 2022, The CICC joined hands with the Quezon City – PESO through the Program Implementation Sub-Committee on Child Labor (PIC) and the World Vision – Project Against Child Exploitation (ACE) to celebrate the Safer Internet Day via Zoom and FB live streaming.

CICC Cyber Patrol Awareness Campaign Team Lead, Ms. Christine Apple B. Pre delivered her message on how to protect oneself against cybercrime.


The “Safer Internet Day” webinar event was attended by 500 Zoom participants, including community stakeholders, city and barangay officials, teachers/ guidance counselors, law enforcement officers, Sangguniang Kabataan representatives, civil society organizations, private sectors in QC and Cagayan de Oro, and representatives from NCR & Region 10, whose knowledge of cybercrime has increased to 12% at the post-event.



25 MAR 2022, The CICC and the DICT – Region V worked together to educate on the theme “A Cybersafe Cyberspace for Women.”




Ms. Christine Apple B. Pre (Cyber Patrol Awareness Campaign Team Lead) provided awareness and consciousness lecture about being safe and secure in cyberspace, especially for women.

A total of 213 Zoom participants, including DICT – Region V personnel and the Bicol Region general audience joined the webinar.




23 JAN 2022, The CICC and the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – National Capital Region (NFJPIA-NCR) combined efforts to impart on becoming responsible digital citizens and fostering a secure digital environment.
